Plug in updates not working

Hi

i use CrossGems @CrossBytes_Technolog as a plug in and theyve recently had an update.

when i attempt to run the update i get this - i hit repair and let it download and install

and then i open the program again - either CrossGems or Rhino and the same message appears.

I have uninstalled both programs and redownloded them straight from the website - first rhino and then crossgems

I have a huge day at work and super stressed about this.

Same here, since Saturday. I got through to them. They replied that they are working on it. It’s a server problem. On Monday they said maybe today, but it’s already headed for midnight there. Maybe tomorrow. I’m stressed too.

Okay thank you for that update. Glad to know im not suffering alone

I’ve uninstalled CG and am getting by with just rhino. Luckily i already have a file with all my stones saved so i can just import from that.
