Plug-in and/or Wish List for RH8: To-Do List toolbar?

Anybody have a script/plugin for a native To-Do List, wherein one could make a bullet/radio button list that can then be checked off as we go? (Sort of like Windows or Apple has) Would be a nice addition to the interface, no?

It’s not native, but with Pterodactyl plugin you can create it in Markdown :
