Make a simple revolve and extend arms in to it. Trim then Solid Blend edge Distance between rails.

Use the intersecting surfaces to trim away from each other. Then Surface Join and Solid Blend Link handles and distance between rails.

In the Solid Fillet edge Blend edge Command Line there’s an option for Rail type. Click on it and switch to Distance between rails. I could tell from your image you had rolling ball selected.

Please refer to how to write the line of my date. Projection and lineblend You can do it.

The surface is not clean because it uses a network surface.
But,It is recommended because the edge can be connected firmly.
