Please Add 4K ( 3840 x 2160 ) to Predefined Rendering Sizes

Hi,

Please add 4K ( 3840 x 2160 ) to the predefined rendering sizes. I had hoped that it would have gone out for V7 final, but it never made it.

Hi-Def ain’t as cool as it used to be. : )

Take Care,

Thank you, Pascal : )

Considering how long it usually takes for things like this to happen, I suggest you add 8K to this request as well.

Hi Dom,

See, they are pretty nice.

Yikes, you weren’t supposed to see that I was bragging how nice of a company McNeel is, and how great the forum is.

RH-66116 is fixed in Rhino 7 Service Release 13

Typing “thank you” is easier than typing “3840” and “2160” , so, thank you : )

@brian I stand corrected: very quick response! Nevertheless here’s an example of a monitor with even more pixels than 4K. No doubt other mfrs already have 8K monitors available. Nevermind that they are undoubtedly priced for those with a Catia budget, but prices always come down. :grinning:

I suppose what I might recommend is the ability to allow the user to manage their own set of predefined render sizes.

Is that something that would be feasible?

The 3840x2160 (4K) inclusion is out, in R13.

Thank you: John Brock, Pascal Golay, and Brian Gillespie, and all the other unsung programming heros, behind the scenes making it happen. : )

For the record, that one was fixed by John Croudy.
