Platform toolset for Rhino8 plugin

Hi

What is the preferred platform toolset for building Rhino 8 plugin when using vs2022? From this link here

I understand that Rhino8 C++ plugin must be built with platform toolset v142. v142 platform is default toolset for vs2019. And for vs2022 default toolset is v143. Can Rhino 8 C++ plugin be built with v143 or there are any issues with that.
