Plants not shown in 3D mode

Hello!
Some of the trees remain hidden when turning on the 3D mode:

Any idea what could be wrong?

Edit: there seem to be missing blocks. How can I fix that? The trees were displayed fine at first.

Edit 2: The trees that ain’t working were copy/pasted over from another file where they displayed correctly.
