Plane from a imported shape in rhino uploads empty to shapediver server

Hi shapediver support team,

I have problems uploading models generated in rhino, I can only upload models created with grasshopper.

Is there a reason why this happens?

I dont know if this is a limitation of the software or a issue with the connection betwen rhino and grasshopper.

I would appreciate the help
