'PlanarSrf' – Any idea how to check polycurves for micro gaps if PlanarSrf doesn't work doesn't work?

Boolean Operations got a exclamation mark in v6 if source objects are not valid. is there anything similar for curves? Would save me the exploding and extending all ends and CurveBoolean command. Thank you!
