Planar surface don,t work?

i am making the second floor first i made a poly surface i try to make some hole for the stair but i don,t work.
after that i made only 1 surface but it don,t work.
after that i build the hole thin again but it dont work ???

Hi peter - the two smaller curves are open -( use SelOpenCrv and CrvEnd/CrvStart )

Hi Pascal thanks strange but maybe i don,t have seen this would be nice if we get e message for it
something like ‘not possible open curves’ maybe i don’t have seen this
