Place two toolbars next to each other like in V4

as you look here, is this possible to place them next to each other and not tabbed in V5

Have one of your toolbars docked. Grab the blue area of the floating toolbar and dock it next to the other already docked toolbar.

Steve, pls highlight in neon red and make it independent where you drag, highlight directly next to a toolbar and not at the very right end. here is a illustration
