Picture via drag/drop requires second file path input

seem to remember this working OK in the past but on the latest Version 6 WIP (6.15.19106.13406, 2019-04-16) I’m getting the following behavior:

  1. drag .jpg image into the rhino window
  2. pick “Picture” radio button on Image Options popup
  3. a file picker popup appears, select the desired .jpg image again
  4. place via Picture command as usual

seems like step 3 is redundant? maybe the file path isn’t getting through for some reason
