Picture doesn't show up in any mode

I have rhino 6.6.
I want to place a picture in the model to trace from. However, the picture doesn’t show up, not even the frame shows up.

By the way, my “render” mode doesn’t work either?
Is there something wrong with my display driver? Or it’s a software problem?

You’re running Service Release 6
The current V6 SR is 34.

Please install the current V6 build and see if the problem goes away.
It may not, but then at least you’ll have nearly 2 years of monthly bug fixes installed.

I’m also concerned that your license type is “undefined”.
I can not find any valid licenses associated to your email address.
All I see is an expired V6 eval.

Sounds like there must be something wrong with my software. I will download a new one and see how it works.
