Phyllotaxis Parametric Bowl Problem

Hello all,

I am currently trying to make a bowl that looks like this.

Here is my progress so far.

I have attached my algorithm so far. I am having trouble getting my projected lines to the bowl to be seperate parts so that I can start a loft between them. Any advice on how to better attack this would be so appreciated.bowl parametric 011221.gh (74.7 KB)

You could use diagrid features like Lunchbox or Ngon plugin and using mesh subdivision would be easier to get similar to your references.
