Perspective View altered after Make2D

Sorry for the newbie question. I have just starte to use Rhino and I have played a bit with SECTIONS and CLIPPING PLANES. I have activated some safe areas on the Perspective View saving a View which I cannot get rid of and now I am stuck with 3 rectangles (which I guess delimit the safe area for a make2D command) one inside the other in the Perspective View. How do I get rid of them and get back back to normal viewing setting for the Perspective Window?

You have activated the “Safe Frame” feature. It is completely unrelated to the Make2D command. You can turn it off from the Properties panel.
