Perspective rotated and won’t change from being tilted

my perspective view default is rotated to the side and will not straighten out. even when opening new rhino files the perspective is permanently on the side. have tried 4view and other plane things but nothing has helped

You might have to reset the camera rotation here:

any chance you have auto cplane ticked on?

click it off and it should reset to world top

if it does not then set it to be so in the window menu drop down
