I can draw a polyline in front view, top view, and left view, but not in perspective.
Please help ASAP.

Do you mean when you try to draw a polyline in perspective view you cannot draw anything, or you cannot draw the polyline yout want to draw?
Run the Rhino command SystemInfo and post the results here.
Whether the curve display is turned on in the perspective view display settings.
