dont know what terminology is used to refer to the little notifications at the bottom left of rhino whenever an action is taken, but they are not disappearing after any time
they persist until replaced by another one, or clicked on to dismiss
for example, the following screenshot was taken minutes after i had already created the rectangle:
and when i delete an object, it’ll just say “deleted 1 object” until i click it or do something else
swear they used to auto-dismiss
I think your CommandHistory panel is missing.
In the menu go to Window > Window Layouts > Default Window Layout to get it back.
yes, that was intentional since i use the sidebar for commands and just find the history redundant/not useful to me. is there no way to hide the commandhistory but still show essential notifications (like “__ objects selected”) as in rhino 8?
or actually in rhino8 it just doesnt print the command options in the commandhistory/popups, which is what is flooding the notifs
