I am being asked to put together cutsheets for a metal panel fabricator to show clients. They have profiles and they want to show an option that is perforated. The perforations follow a predetermined layout.
Is there any advice on how to best show an isometric view of this perforation pattern? If I flowalongsrf and then make2d a iso, it takes forever and the results aren’t great. The results are better if I trim the srf before making2d, but this results in super long wait times, and still inconsistent results.
Any ideas?
here are some pictures. The zoomed in one is a success, but we want them to be represented at a small scale as well.
