PDF export problem

I found export to PDF is problematic. I export a small circle but looks wrong. You can see the quad is not tangent.

Try with DATAKIT EXCHANGE plugin.

This is on our list of items to tune up. Circles are exported as a set of Beziers which is very close to the shape of a circle, but not exactly a circle.

Not duplicate, two different issues, one is import, and this one is export.
