I opened your file in V7, ran Print, chose the save as PDF option.
No problems in the print preview or resulting PDF.
I’m running a 2019 16" MBP on Bug Sur.

Using the Export command did result in missing text.
Use the Print command in the mean time.
If you use Export or ExportAll and choose the Raster option it works too. The problem is only with Export and Vector.
