Morning, I am trying to solve the issue here, When I do patch operation, along two curves, as per attached picture it always miss the line, does not matter what setting I use, Is there any way to fix it? Or maybe I should use some other tool to fix it?

Which curves are you using as the input to Patch? Is there input other than what is in your file?
Is the extrusion like polysurface in the interior used?
In general a surface from Patch does not exactly match all input curves and points. Patch finds the “best fit” of a surface to a set of points, including points it creates on input curves. Usually it is not possible for the NURBS surface to exactly fit all the input points.

I need a fit perfect surface matching border curve and the one in the middle (the centre will be cut out).

Patch won’t give you that.
You might try creating some curves connecting then inner and outer curves. Then use Sweep2 to create the surfaces. Use some “Slashes” to control how the inner and outer curves are connected if needed.
