Parallel displacement of surface while maintaining the adjacent surfaces

Hi, I’m curious if there’s a way to displace a single [curve/] surface of a [polygon/] solid while keeping the adjacent [curves/] surfaces- I’m used to working with vectorworks and it’s a great feature I use all the time in 2d.
See the attached image: I would like to extrude/move the surface on the yellow line to the green line while maintaining the orientation of the adjacent surfaces.
Is there a command to do that in one step?

Try the PushPull command with Extend mode. PushPull is new in v8.
