Papercut: drag and drop + dialog focus

Bump bump bump this topic - it still gets me daily.

Continuing the discussion from Unwanted: drag'n'drop a file followed by ENTER opens new instance of Rhino:

Just noticed this unwanted behavior

1. drag a file onto rhino from an Explorer window that is on top of Rhino
2. the dialog appears asking open/import/insert/attach
3. press ENTER key - the idea is that the selected action (Open) will be performed
4. A new instance of Rhino starts because the ENTER key acts on the selected file in the Explorer window, instead of on the Rhino dialog.

This focus issue also applies to the dialog box you get when you have a license checked out, which is a few days from expiring.
