Panels don't come back on connected monitor

@Gijs
What about floating panels on a 2nd screen, not maintaining their position.
[I seems to remember this issue being resolved on Windows some months ago]

thanks a lot

@Akash I just tested this:

  1. Open Rhino and make Layer panel floating
  2. Move layer to second screen
  3. Close Rhino
  4. Reopen Rhino
    Here the floating panel stays where I left it, until I disconnect the monitor.
    Are you seeing something different?

That’s actually the problem @Gijs .
Because with MBP on the move… the best 2nd monitor option [for when traveling] is an iPad as SideCar. and with this setup the 2nd monitor is being disconnected all the time.
But every thing else that i have moved there from other softwares, apart from Rhino’s floating panels, always maintain it’s previous location . Only Rhino Forget.

Sorry I wasn’t specific enough , Can something be done to fix this ?

Got it
Just tested this with the color panel in Pages.
