Panels' custom placement in Grasshopper

How can I place panels in the Grasshopper plugin according to my custom order (like on the pic), rather than alphabetically placement by default?

You can’t.
It’s planned that this will be possible in Grasshopper 2.

You’d need to define “arrive”.
Grasshopper 2 is available in its alpha stage from the Package Manager. There is no timeline for when it will go into beta stage or when it will be released.
