Hello im trying to recreate the attached image. to find the most efficient layout (lease amount of points, lines no longer than 3 meters)

I’m not sure if PanelingTools can help you there. Perhaps some script that distributes points within your region, then a voronoi type tessellation? Grasshopper can help.
