Paneling facets based on points

Hey guys!

Could you please tell me if there’s a way to place facet-like surfaces based on the points or lines for a structure like here, in the picture. So far I’ve tried paneling tools to create grid but subsequent paneling didn’t yield proper results. Any ideas?
