Anyone have any clips or links to using 3d variable patterns - possibly with flow commands? I’m interested in making symmetrical flowing scale patterns like you might see on a lizard or fish - or patterns you might see with leaves or flowers… on a surface.
FlowAlongSrf is a good command to start with. Try to create the pattern on a planar surface, then use the command to flow your pattern on any other surface.
Interesting - any tips on pattern making? For example a Sunflower seed pattern which is two spirals, one reversed? Or an cool lizard or snake scale pattern with nice texture, like roof tiles? I’m looking for tips & tricks.
