I have started to change the Rhino color interface but i can’t find the panels background color option.
How to change the panels background color ?

You can’t (from inside Rhino as far as I know)… It grabs one of the Windows theme color settings directly IIRC. This has been requested for awhile, especially for people who are trying to create a “dark mode” on Windows.
I’m one of them!
All my toos, Gimp, Marvelous Designer, Cinema4D , Blender end even my win 10 are running in DARK MODE. this save my eyes!
