Pan by Exact Distance

Wondering if there’s a simple way to pan the view (especially orthographic ones) by a certain distance in a direction. trying to do this in a lot of detail views within layouts. The way i worked around it now is to show the camera and move it in another view but feels like it should be alot easier.

The Nudge key will pan the view a certain “increment” but it’s based on the screen size…

I suppose if you need to pan a specific distance, a script might be made to move the camera/target simultaneously in one axis perpendicular to the view.
