Paint Plugin for Rhino 7?

I’m looking for a plugin to “paint” color onto my Subd. I’m aware that you can change objects to different layers and change their color but I’d like to apply more detailed color.

I see there was a plugin called MeshPaint3D but I cant load it into Rhino 7. is there an alternative?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Author’s site http://utos.blogspot.com/ states that it’s 'For Rhino 5"…it hasn’t been updated
