Overlap in mesh

So I just purchased a model of a Mustang emblem that I need to 3d print out. The legs of the model overlap each other however. It is not one continuous skin which means it does not slice well for 3d printing. It is a mesh and I can’t get a polysurface. Is there any way to make it a continuous skin?

Hello - the thing to try is MeshBooleanUnion but it is not a super robust command… it may or may not work.

I ran it thru one of the online makeprintable services and it actually made it printable!
