Orienting uprights

Hi everyone, I have a problem in orienting vertical uprights of a lattice structure as they are all oriented in the same direction, instead, I would like them to face the center of my circular building. Would anyone be able to help me please?:face_holding_back_tears::face_holding_back_tears:
