Orient on curve - perpendicular

Hi,

How can I stop the profile rotating when I try to move it along the rail (orient on curve - perpendicular).

Hi Keith,

I’m not sure what rotation You are referring to,
If you do not want the profile to be rotating 90 degrees in relation to the already present profile:
When orienting the commandline gives the option to ratate the oriented object:

Note that the initial orientation of the object is based on the relation of the input object and the Cplane of the active view. By adjusting the Cplane in the view, you can prevent the need for addition rotations inside the command. (usefull when you need to orient a lot of objects)
