Orient camera to surface not working

As the tittle, Orient camera to surface stopped working. It selects a surface, but the camera won’t face that surface. Any idea why this would happen and how to fix it?

Hello - this takes two ‘picks’ if a surface is not preselected - one to select the surface and the other to set the point on the surface that you want the camera to look at.
