Orient 3pt problem in rhino 8

when im selecting target points i see my reference point objects and i cant see my target points rhino5 wasnt like this

when im selecting target points i see my reference point objects and i cant see my target points

In that image, I see three reference points and one target point.
I’m not sure how that is wrong?

Also, when asking for help, please always post both the 3dm file and the output from the Rhino SystemInfo command.
