Orca3D panels not readable

Some Orca panels are not readable:

  • Orca3D Product Model
  • Orca3D Frames

Above with a Display setting / scale of 125%. But even with a scale of 100%, it is not readable. The icons of the tabs are also very small related to Rhino icons tabs. Tested on a laptop and a desktop.
Windows11, Rhino8.18, Orca3D 3.1.7

If you open the notifications panel from rhino, does it have any warning or any message ?

Also, do you have any scaling going on on windows settings? I once had a similar problem with another plugin and it was because it was double scaling with windows settings and setting it back to 100% solved the issue.

Finally, it is usually good practice to post the results of the SystemInfo command so the developers can have a look on what’s going on on your system.

Hi, what resolution is your laptop and your desktop? Here on either 2560x1600 or 1920x1080 that panel looks correct. We have had some issue with 4K monitors but generally changing the font scaling will resolve it.

Thanks for your replies.
I use the same external screen on my desktop and laptop with 5120x2150 and scale 125%.
I had a message in Rhino panel about missing fonts cooper-hewitt and Old_Standard_TT.
I installed them, no change.
I updated Orca and now the text is right displayed.
Shouldn’t these fonts be installed by Orca?

FYI Back to my laptop with main display 3840x2160 zoom 300% and external display 5120x2160 zoom 150%.
Fonts cooper-hewitt and Old_Standard_TT are already installed.
When starting Rhino, I have the display problem in Orca panel.
Close Rhino, set zooms to 100%, start Rhino
No more display problem
without closing Rhino, I increase the scales to 300% and 150%,
no display problem.
I have noticed that I can let my external monitor (where I use Rhino) with 150% zoom, I have to set the zoom of my laptop to 100% before starting Rhino (each time) to get a good display of the Orca panel. Then I can increase the zoom of my laptop display.
