OpenNurbs LengthMassProperties

Hi Steve,

One of the things the OpenNurbs LengthMassProperties call gives in addition to length is length centroid (see below). How would one go about getting this in RhinoCommon? Thanks.

Currently, there is no RhinoCommon wrapper for this. I’ve created an issue so we can add something.
