Opening Side convention – Left / Right

While setting up a door/window schedule, I noticed something I would like to clarify about the Opening Side property.

For the door shown below, VisualARQ reports: Opening Side: Right

According to the EN 12519 convention for door handing, however, this door would be considered Left.

Does the VisualARQ Opening Side property represent something different from the standard Left/Right door handing?

If so, is the actual door handing (Left/Right according to EN 12519) available as a property that can be included in a VisualARQ Table?

Hi @badileanu, we will add a document setting to choose which is the convention for determining the opening side of doors and windows. I’m not sure which one we used when we implemented it (nearly 20 years ago)
