Opening file results in Rhino looking form textures at files.mcneel.com... please don't

Upon opening file it tires to download jpg from mcneel…

Why? They were never there and it should not check there. If it accidentally found an image with the same name then my file would have looked strange

And upon editing a material Rhino became a bit sluggish and this popped up in the history:
Again, these materials were never online and Rhino should not check your server for them…
