Opening 3DM File takes long (not all Cores of CPU used)

Hi all,

when i am Opening the VRAY Example File “Building.3dm” which is in 3DM Format, it takes very Long to open. When i do some Performance analyses i see: CPU is not stressed usage is 5% and not all cores are used. SSD -Drive and NVIDIA GPU are also not stressed. So why it takes so Long to open? Isn’t the function in Rhino Source using all Cores of a CPU?

how big is the file? perhaps it takes long calculating the meshes for display purposes, if you tap esc key while opening, will cancel the meshing process and show up everything in wireframe mode.
