Open Studio and Location of Radiance

I have open studio and Ladybug but get the following error:

1. Solution exception:No Radiance installation was found on this machine.
   Download and install the version of Radiance listed in the Ladybug Tools compatibility matrix
   1.4 Compatibility Matrix · ladybug-tools/lbt-grasshopper Wiki · GitHub

My radiance is in: C:\Program Files\OpenStudio\3.2.1\Radiance
How do I point Ladybug to this location? The posts that had a solution are long dead.
