Open Rhino 6 file in Rhino 5 without access to Rhino 6

I know there is a way to save the Rhino 6 file as Rhino 5 file but I need to open a file that was made in Rhino 6 and I only have access to Rhino 5. I there any possible way to go around it? I allready used the trial and planning to buy Rhino 6 later.

You can ask the person from who you got the file to save it as rhino 5?

They also continues to use Rhino 5. I will borrow a computer to install a trial, seams to be only option
