OffsetSrf Wierdness

In the attached file I have done offsetsrf inwards 1/8" and get this weird bulge on one side.

This is very common problem when you offset surface inward. It never happened to me when I was offsetting surface outward. I experimented your model - offsetting outward worked fine.
