Offset on Surface (Offset curve on Surface Clipping issue)

I am running into some issues with the Offset on Surface component in Rhino 8/Grasshopper.

I want to offset curves on a surface for producing toolpaths. I was getting some kinking as the offset distance increased:

So I went to see if converting those 3deg planar curves to a polyline made of (1deg) curves would resolve the kinking issue. Which it did, however, another issue arose with this method. The offsets are missing segments!

Does anyone have any other methods for producing these toolpaths? FYI The surface is not flat.

Several people will probably want to help. Please upload your files (best only the part with the issue in it, so isolate it by internalising the curves, etc into geo, curve, point components). Regards, Eef
