Off the Shelf

Good Morning,

It’s time to buy a new work computer, and I’m looking for recommendations for off-the-shelf setups. I’m using Rhino 7 for Windows for boat hull and systems modeling and occasionally for simple rendering to present concepts to customers. Can anyone recommend a new computer they’re happy with?

Thank you,

Dusty

Sorry, forgot to specify, I’m looking for a desktop computer.

any intel or amd processor will work, I’d stick with nvidia rtx cards.

you will need 4gb vram per monitor that you want to run.

the more cuda cores and vram you can afford on the graphics card the better.

files are getting bigger, and more complex, I’d go with a 1TB hard drive to start.

boxx computing, and titan computing are making very good workstations these days IMO.
