I take it you’re not asking for an exact date? It has been like this for a longer time now.
… at which point we would get loads of support eMails about people not finding that eMail.
At any rate, which problem are you trying to solve?

That of being able to give clients correct information when they phone. Seems to me the last time I tried to download an eval, all it asked for was an e-mail - but obviously I don’t do it every day.
If the resellers were informed about the change, I must have missed it.
So I take it that one now creates a Rhino account and the eval key is automatically put in there?
