NURBS performance test

Importing this example of stl file ItsLitho_seebensee-2384369-810x540.stl - Google Drive
Then making NURBS with 3294000 surfaces, the expected time is 52 seconds. Is this time normal? That is, is it expected because it is a slow process and there is nothing to do, or is there any possible strategy or computer improvement?

PC: Windows 11 / AMD Ryzen 7 7700X (4.5 GHz) / 16 GB RAM / NVIDIA RTX A2000 6G

Why do you need to generate 3 million plus surfaces? Yes, I would expect that will be time consuming.
