Noticed performance degradation [rotating the model] with current build

Hi
after a while not testing, I opened a mesh model that used to rotate smoothly and fast, and now it is very slow an jerky … Version 8.1.23263. I didn’t test for some time, so no idea if it has began with this build.
I’m using iPad Pro M2 12.9’
the file is private and large, but if needed I can upload it to support.
