Yes, you can either deactivate the antivirus during the installation or wait until they update their signatures.

Rhino 8 Update issue with Nod 32 Antivirus

We recently had to update our code signing certificates for Rhino. My guess is that these antivirus systems flag this change and over time figure out that this is not a problem. This tends to happen when we renew certificates
